Trying to locate Paul who was involved in the Projected Picture Trust at Bletchley Park, Milton Keynes. Can anyone help?

Hi, I am new to this forum so I don't know if I am doing it right. I want to purchase some FilmGuard. Who knows where or how I can get some? I understand that it comes in large quantities. Is there anyway that I can purchase it in perhaps a 2-4 ounce container or there abouts.

I live in So. California and I am traveling to Idaho tomorrow. I want to transfer the family 8mm movies to digital while there and I understand that that it works quite well to cover scratches much like a wetgate. I would appreciate any help you can offer. I have looked around on the internet without any success.
