Hello! There should be one in Siena: I recall I got into it and surprised at the fact there were boxes of Ektachrome 64T (it was a few years ago) on one of the shelves. Unfortunately I don't recall either the name or the address of this store, but it should be somewhere near the cathedral. You could try asking around. Movie&Sound, a professional 35-16-8-S8 lab, is based in the outskirts of Florence: google their name and you'll find them; their webpage is in English too.

Anyway there may be premises selling S/8 filmstocks but due to the EKta 100 D discontinuance, it's getting harder and harder to find color reversal stock. Plus keep in mind even during the old good days prices were above average almost anywhere. So you might be better off buying film in your own country before leaving or have it delivered from your country to your hotel in Italy since your schedule seems time-sensitive.

Some months ago, when I had to stock some raw film, I found (somewhat unexpectedly) "Zenith Arti Audiovisive" (based in Turin) had plenty of carts at reasonable prices. Try google it and check if this is still the case; they are usually very fast.

Let me know if you have more questions or concerns. And, of course have a pleasant trip.
