I received an email from Fred Willders, the owner of the Gone With The Wind print that was sold on his behalf by Osi. I replied, asking Fred to give me a call. Full disclosure: I have purchased film from Fred in the past, all good transactions.

Fred told me how he was made aware of the situation by Dan Lail, and while he is upset about the entire matter, he does not wish to "interfere with what is going on right now."

What he would appreciate, is for Osi to contact him and resolve the situation between the two of them personally.

I trust that is what will happen. If not, I'm sure we'll hear about it.

Thanks for the update, Doug.

I'm not certain when you, in fact, spoke to Fred, but Osi, says he did contact Fred on Tuesday of last week - March 18th - regarding the issue.

Osi said he has contacted Fred and is awaiting a phone call from him. Fred made it very clear he would contact me directly if things were not to his satisfaction.
