This started a little while ago, I had a post about the projector not playing films backwards. The front arm just stops

Now it sounds like this :

Anyone know if it could be the motor? I can't see anything looking wrong in there (but then again, I'm no expert)

A crack occured on plastic gear.
Take front motor assy. out and search for defective gear.
