I simply must send a huge Thank You today to Mr Kevin Clark who very kindly offered me these purpose built Bauer L60 Loudspeakers for my T610.

I was simply blown away by the sheer clarity and quality of the sound reproduction from these 4 ohm perfectly matched speakers when coupled with the T610. Admittedly, the sound was from a re recorded film from digital source but nevertheless, I have never heard sound like this from the PJ without being slaved.
Simply magnificent Kevin, I cannot thank you enough. You have truly made my day! [Smile]

I hope you get all that you are currently seeking Tom. A JVC D-ILA or Panny digital PJ, a T610, a mint print of predator and two of Silence Of The Lambs.

One for yourself of course and one to able to sell to me! Ha ha [Smile]

Seriously though, if you do manage to pick up a Bauer, these small but powerful bookshelf speakers are a great addition to compliment what is already a great sounding machine with most ext speakers. Well worth looking out for indeed. They really are a perfect match.

Hello Andrew

I'm delighted to hear you like the speakers, the perfect match indeed and the sound quality on the video clip you sent me said it all.

I had to smile at the video clip as your dog calmly walked across the room whilst the projector was running - our cats run for the hills whenever I fire up the Spectra or Eiki.

Kevin

That's the beauty of the Bauer Kevin, you don't even hear it when the volume is higher than level 2! Not very good for viewing though in broad daylight lol.

Obviously, the sound was only as good as the crappy microphone built into the digital camera could purvey, but it was just to to give you an idea. They really are just superb when you listen to them in the same room using ears and not a cheap microphone.Far better than any modern external speakers I have tried with this machine including my Kef "iQ"range.
Really makes the most of the power from the internal amp also as being 4 ohm they are very easily driven.

Thanks again Kevin, they are fantastic!! [Smile] [Smile]
