I have a Fujica Single 8 splicer that works very well, but I have run out of tape. The tape I was using came on a reel and had perforations for the sprocket holes already punched out. The tape wraps around both sides of the film, covering two frames on each side, so there are two long holes pre-punched per splice. Does anyone know if the tape advertised above is the correct kind? Alternately, can anyone refer me to a place where I could buy what I need?

I use loads of splices due to transferring films temporarily onto big spools, so for me, 100 usually lasts only a few months.
As you are only using a small amount Marshall it sounds like these will be a good investment for your splicer.
For anyone who uses lots of splices like I do, the Hama type (Agfa FS8) and CIR splices and splicers are about the best two to own as tapes for both of these remain readily available still and usually cost 10p per splice or less.
Both produce very accurate and strong splices.

The Fuji splicer is a fine unit, so it's great news that Edwin has the tapes for sale once again. The last time I bought some I had to import from the U.S.
