Hello. Anyone who has a Yelco or Fujicascope Projector with optical ability-how do you change the optical lamp?
I can't even find it!

Its mounted horizontally instead of vertically and uses a different lamp instead G29 vs G27 to the Elmo (filament mounted horizontally) but otherwise, the way the bayonet fits to its base connector is the same. Turn acw to release.

You should find it near the mag heads with just the top end of the lamp on display when the front cover is removed.

Thanks for the info. I looked but still can't see it. Nothing in the manual either. Strange!

If you took a photo of the area close to the magnetic head region on your projector, magnified, hopefully I could then add an arrow to your photo to show you where I'd expect it to be in the machine.

What model is it Alan?

The advice previously given was based on the layout of the Fujicascope SH 30.

Fujicascope SH30 uses a G27 (BRK) lamp, mounted horizontally.
Elmo GS1200 uses a G29 (BRS) lamp, mounted vertically.
