Sadly, we have not seen any trailers released on Super 8 for NEW films for some time, which no doubt is because of the lack of trailers on 35mm. However a surprising number of features are still available (at least in the USA) on 35mm and having asked around, it's clear that occasional 35mm trailers are still surfacing. One of these, not surprisingly, is THE HATEFUL EIGHT, and if it's the one that I've recently seen being enjoyed by cinema audiences, it's a very entertaining trailer that I'm confident would be popular (by modern standards) on Super 8, especially considering the 70mm release. So if anyone with the right contacts could track one down, please let me know because I'd be more than happy to see if The Reel Image or CHC would be willing to take it further.
