Hello all,

It got requests from Sweden and Italy and from our own film projector repair workshop to fabricate the one-way whell for the take up arm of for the Elmo ST-1200 series.

In many of the Elmo ST-1200s, this parts is developing cracks.

 -

This part is ready now. See for more information:

If you know of an other projector, which uses this same wheel, please let me know!

Greetings from the Netherlands.

I'm pretty sure this part is used in ST-800 too.

-mostly because mine cracked and I installed one of my spares.

Here are some pictures of the inside op the ST-800:

On these pictures, I can't find the part, or am I looking wrong?

It is the exact same spot as on the ST-1200.

Your picture of the ST-800 with the back off would show the part, except there is other stuff in the way (power transformer, for one thing).

The machine in the picture has some funky assembly I don't recognize. It looks like extra fuses mine doesn't have. I have the single 3 Amp fuse on the rear panel.

This is a good release, well done,
one of the biggest culprits of these being broken over the years is the users, us. As was explained to me by an Elmo professional, upon rewinding one of the things that puts stress on these is when the film has rewound and the rear reel is stopped dead from spinning, its always best to let it stop on its own.
