Anybody got a copy of this fabulous book? I have what appears to be Gerald's proof copy, as it is just bound into a plain front and back white cover with no cover graphic at all. It is a terrific read. Gerald discusses all the home cinema projectors from 1922 to 1950, revealing all the background of famous cine companies like Pathe, Specto, Eumig etc., and pointing out the design features of each machine, and their strong and weak points. A great reference work.
