Hi everyone,

I'm here to ask you again some advise. A person i found want to sell a fujicascope sh30 sound for 250€ +shipping (maybe she can agree for 200€). With the projector he gives one empty 360m reel and 6 360m reel with no particular movie on it (cartoon, western, porno, documentary,...). I don't now if it's a good idear. This projector worth it? i heard you can use a tape to resound the film with this projector. Is it a necessary projector to have?

For information i have two st1200 and one st 600.

Pierre

It is a very nice projector. I bought one nine years ago and paid £365 for it from a well known dealer, it needed professional attention which cost a further £65. It continues to go very well.

It has a 150 watt lamp (DNF) and will also play optical sound. The price you mention sounds quite reasonable provided it is in full working condition.

The price seems correct, especially with 6 360 mt/1200 ft spools. Be awaren however that the lamp is a little bit more expensive than the standard models.

Thank you for your response Maurice and Dominique.
The projector was the propriety of a collectionor so i assume it's in working condition.
I'm looking for a reliable projector who can easily resist to time. And maybe in the futur can be use to sound the movie.
I have not often see this projector to sell, I'm scared that the pieces are very rare and expensive.

I will talk with the owner but in worst case i will just take the reel.
