Hi Shorty - Question for you specifically regarding the Blackhawk Laurel & Hardy's but in general too... How much difference in print quality might be expected between the pink, green and silver box release of any given title?

Each release corresponded to new pre-print (neg), in many editions the green releases were slightly better than the initial ones (not always) - I tend to side with the green-boxed as they were a peak time (1975) when I was really being fastidious on the quality - Silver editions are a premium, have yet to see less than excellent density - WOW, I'd like in any edition box, though much-prefer the green or silver - True, HOG WILD and MEN O WAR are a bit washy at times, though as I said, I constantly looked for the finest I could - Shorty
