I hear you there, so many times I'd love to buy a projector from Germany but the shipping quotes they give me usually kills the deal right then. You know, I don't think the expression "going postal" came about by accident.

it's not the cost that I'm scared of it's the condition the projector is in when it arrives that does me. Couriers seem to use parcels as footballs these days and the heavier they are the more hammer they get.

Am I missing something out? What would be the reason to speak Spanish when you want to buy a French projector, offered by an Italian seller in German language??
