Probably the belts or more likely someone has installed the belts incorrectly.

Yes it looks like a good machine. I wouldnt hesitate buying it as those sort of problems can be sorted.

Speaking about the Elmo ST1200HD...do you know where I can find a spare lamphouse cover for it? I need the one that screws in as opposed to just popping one in. Do you think Bill Parsons may have one?

those projectors are really resilent, unless the sound board goes bad or that selonoid that controls the the threading lever.
