I just bought a Bolex Paillard M8 and it is a beauty! The seller did not have the power cable (or) cord (or) lead to send me. I searched EBay and I e-mailed some 8mm sellers, but I did not find it. Can someone help me in any way? I appreciate that. Antonis
PS The soft drink (330 ml) next to the projector is for you to undersatnd the size of the plug - cable needed.

Hi Antonis,
Send Johan Kalee at Parallaxe in Amsterdam an email. He has a big bunch of power cables hanging in his shop. The right one might just be among them. I picked one of these funny Eumig cables from that bunch... Better include a picture to show what the plug should look like. You'll find his email address at www.parallaxe.nl

Sorry John, the right spelling is "patent". So "Greek patent" is a phrase that we technicians usually use in Greece when we want to say that we fix something in a not so normal way. With no book manuals, or company spares but with other usually very cheep materials, beyond any specifications. Thanks for asking Antonis

We'll see if this can become a worldwide phrase. I think our nearest equivalent is when something is very 'Heath Robinson' John
