Can anyone help me with a problem with CamerasPro?
August 2006 I bought an EBM in the US and had it shipped directly to CamerasPro to have it converted to super-16.
Guy wrote me in August the camera would be ready next week (almost 9 months ago!!!).
For some reason the communication with Guy was (and is) very difficult.
I asked serveral times to send me an estimate or an invoice.
He never send me one.
Finally I paid him the amount he charges on his website for doing the conversion.
I even paid him for shipping to the Netherlands.
But I'm still waiting for my camera for almost 9 months.
I already lost 2 shoots I needed this camera for (a 1.500,- euro loss!!!).
He isn't responding to my mails anymore.
I really don't know what to do anymore.
Can anyone please help me?
Does anyone know Guy or live near Henderson?
