I am not the one selling it (I am happy with my 3500); it is just interesting to see a Xenon machine in 'unused' condition in the year 2008.

I don't think it's likely to be that old -- Eiki was making these until the early part of this decade... So it could in theory be less than 10 years old... Plus, the Eiki belts tend to hold up well anyway... My guess is that it's in perfect operating condition.
