Anyone know what projector this is used in? It's a 110v 700w.

Is this a bulb with an P28s-socket as used in a Siemens 2000, Bauer P5 or other 16mm-projectors?

Yes, it has a P28s base.
The picture is not too clear... but the type is an A1/187. The unusual feature is the reflector at the rear moulded into the glass.
