Does anybody have any ideas why my B&H 1585 in auto thread mode, the film passes the sound drum gets held and bunched up at the bottom. It goes through the path well but when it hits the last roller thats when problem. If I replace with fresh leader it does not happen, Never had this troble before.

You have answered the question yourself. Always use a good, undamaged leader on auto thread projectors. If you don't the leader will always find the weak spot in the auto load path and bunch up causing more damage to the leader, resulting in you having to replace the leader anyway. Alway make sure the leader is properly trimmed as well.

make sure there is no chunks of small film that may have broken off during recent loading's these will stop the film dead in its path.
