A nice dupe of this popular title.
This is going on Ebay tomorrow, so, offering it here first for anybody who doesn't want the increasing hassle that Ebay offers.
Contrast is good throughout. Focus is a tad soft in long shot I found, but, by no means obviously so.
Printed-in light lines in Reel 1. A bit more prominent in Reel 2 - fairly heavy for a few seconds here and there, particularly towards the end.
Printed-in splices at reel ends only - approx. 3 per reel - no physical splices that I could find.
The print is complete except for the lake scene with the little girl - which does not, to the best of my knowledge, exist in 16mm. Opens with the pre-credit sequence of Edward Van Sloan addressing the audience. Running time: 74mins.
2 x 1600ft reels
No VS
Sound throughout is excellent.
Overall, this is a great chance to own one of the better dupes I've seen of this title. Originals sell for up to £250.
£89.99 + £8.00 p&p
