According to IMDb this cartoon was assumed lost
"Buzzy Boop" features Betty's bratty young cousin, Buzzy. Buzzy is nothing like Betty, as she tries very hard to be annoying and is quite young--lacking the slutty qualities of her older cousin. The cartoon begins with Buzzy annoying folks on the train as well as riding on the roof on her way to Betty's house. Once there, she meets up with the neighborhood boys who take an immediate disliking towards her (no surprises here). So, they release a dangerous goat(???) and it runs amok--until Buzzy saves the day.
All in all, the character of Buzzy is a bit like Popeye and a complete brat rolled into one. As this was NOT a pleasant combination, I could see why Buzzy's career never took off.
