Now we have 1000 members I thought I would renew my hunt for an instruction book for the Elmo 16-A (Opt/Mag). This is an interesting projector as it has a refillable oil-bath, the first I've seen in 40 years since I owned a Debrie D-16.

I am quite willing to pay for a copy, a photo-copy, or the loan of a copy which I can photo-stat and return.

Somebody, somewhere, must have a copy. Please help. You can send a PM or a direct e-mail (check my profile).

There is a copy in the manuals section on this forum. Click on manuals on the left here and then go to the 16mm section. You can then view it or download it.

Sorry. No, I'm not in luck.

The download on offer is an Elmo 16AL. Whilst I do have an AL I also have an Elmo 16-A. I have tried everywhere and nobody has one. I got a service manual from Craig in the USA, and a brochure from Oldtimers, but, as yet, no instruction manual.
