On this beautiful summers day, [Cool] "I must be nuts", [Roll Eyes] I decided to go to a cinema, the only one in the city that had a print of "Letters From Iwo Jima", the movie was supposed to start at 10am, however the projectionist was late [Eek!] .Well for those who have not already seen this film, and you havent been to the movies for a while, I cant recomend this film enough much of the story is seen through the eyes of a young Japanese soldier, the dialogue is in Japanese with english subtitles one of the best movies that I have watched in a very long time, and under Clint Eastwood superb direction would have to be one of his best, I also understand that the film has been very well recieved in Japan. anyone else seen it?

That's the second report I've heard of this film and both have been good.

It seems that young Clint is one of very few decent film makers left in the world.
