Just a quick note to say the best gift I got for Xmas was a live chat with Jan Bister. Out of respect of privacy, I shall say he will join us again soon. Please take a moment here to wish him well and echo the words that we miss him much.

All our best, Jan!!!

Chip, friends don't let friends eat microwave popcorn. [Big Grin]

Jan is okay in my book. [Smile] I just can't figure out why he left so abruptly. [Eek!]

Maybe he's been eating microwave popcorn. [Confused]

Yeeks!!

It's amazing how much info about ourselves is out there!

I can just imagine what mine would look like :

"Freelance artist, rabid super 8mm collector, now resides behind dumpster of a Super 8 Motel, drinking MD20/20, fine wine of the Super 8mm set!"

If you search for Jan Bister within this forum, you will find his picture (below) is much different. Dan & Alan is wrong, but despite how serious I am about Jan, I suspect they are joking along, so it's OK.

Chip! We certainly are kidding. Jan was one of the friendliest, humorous members. [Smile]

If Jan is having some misfortune, then I am sure everyone would wish him well. In the meantime, where the heck is he? [Confused]

... drinking MD20/20!

You see, there was method to his madness! You close both of those metal doors at a casr wash, and you have a perfectly black room for film projection!

(though the brushes get in the way)
