Probably only of use and interest to those in the Londonish area. The next
"Ricky Film Fun Day" will be held at the Church Hall Pilgrim lane in Rickmansworth on Saturday 12th March.
Entrance from 10 is £1.00 and proceedings last "until it gets boring" in practice around 2 ish. If you haven't been these gatherings are a cheap and friendly way to pick up some genuine oddments in 8mm 9.5mm and 16mms.
Entrance, refreshments and most of what is on offer is cheap cheap cheap. Dealers tables are available (need I say cheap) and further info is available from Frank Banfield on 01296 668265.

Very relaxed fun event and a good opportunity to pick up oddments and more.

I made my first visit and picked up a few promising odds and ends. Rickmansworth seems quite picturesque and makes a change from more urban venues. Must admit that I'm afraid I failed to pay a £1 admission charge - wasn't any sign of anyone collecting this when I arrived, so I overlooked it! I'll offer to pay it if I go to the one in October.
