Will Blu-ray players play home recorded discs on DVD-R(W) and DVD+R(W)?

Your question is not clear (and neither is the title of this thread...please edit that.)

If you want to play regular DVD formatted DVD-R/W discs, all Blu-Ray players can play them.

If you are wanting to burn Blu-Ray content to regular DVD-R discs, the Samsung 1400 and the Panasonic BDP-30 will, but not every Blu-Ray player can.

Sorry, Brad

I thought my question was clear.

If I record a DVD disc on my DVD recorder using either DVD-R/RW or DVD+R/RW, I assume from what you say that these will play OK in any Blu-ray player.

Am I correct?
