Last night I went to a preview of this thriller from Denmark and I thought it was terrific. A combination of Hitchcock and the Coen Brothers, there are more surprise twists here than any other film in recent memory.

A question for our Scandinavian members.....is that an accurate title translation or was it changed for English release?

Doug,

Being Danish: it is spot on.
I haven't heard of that one. Who directed it?

Claus,

The Danish director Henrik Ruben Genz. As I was looking that up, I now see that this film has won many awards both at home and in festivals abroad. The film opens in New York tomorrow.

Thanks, Doug.

Genz did a quirky love story called "Chinaman" some years ago, so when you mentioned him, the little light went on. I definitely want to check out this new one.
