Hi My item didn't sell and I'm trying to re-list it, but it won't let me specify the shipping fees no matter what I try.Am I doing something wrong or are they having trouble.

I've never had this problem before.Thanks

HI Bob

EBay has this thing where they set the shipping limit on listing to prevent sellers from overcharging shipping. Sometimes if you change the method of shipping (IE:media to parcel post)you can put your own fee. What I do in this situation is state in capitol letters what the shipping is and state "Regardless of ebays shiiping this is the fee". It works for me. Hope this helps you.
