This has probably been asked already but I click on 'today's active topics' to see the latest posts when I check on the forum but depending on the time it's possible that a post made one hour previously will not show up because it was posted yesterday.
Given that this is quite a global forum can any settings be adjusted to keep the recent posts prominent for a full day.

Actually, on the same topic - when I used to come onto the forum only posts which were new since my last visit were highlighted, which was excellent.
For the past couple weeks each time I come back on here the same posts are illuminated whether or not I've read them.
This has only been happening since I got a new computer. Is there some way of rectifying this, Doug?

Mike, in this case, your computer does not allow to store the caches. It means your computer does not remember what you have visited.

(ps: it can also be seen that any URL link pages you have visited, not necessarily in this forum, do not change the color)

You have to change your computer set up.

Don't ask me how, because I don't know either.

John,

I apologize for taking so long to post my follow up. The software uses the change in date to determine "Today's Active Topics" and cannot be set to use the previous 24 hours.
