Sad to hear of 9.5 legend Ted Smith who passed away recently. He had been ill for some time and couldnt attend 9.5 events anymore but was a regular at Calella, 9.5 Internationals and the Get Togethers.

Sad news Gray, he had been poorly for some time.
My fondest memories of Ted will be our time in Holland along with the other 9-5ers, fortunately captured on film for posterity. Sadly many others who we spent that wonderful time with have now also gone but we have the memories. [Frown]

Ted on the left, also remembered for all the cine equipment conversions he pioneered for 9.5 film fans.

Very sorry to hear about Ted. Thanks for posting Graham. He did quite a bit to keep the gauge going, as did his brother in the "old days" So many of my old friends have now gone. It is down to you youngsters now to keep the flag flying!! Ken Finch.
