Does anyone know if Beetlejuice was ever released on S8? If anything, probably an airline/optical print, but I've never seen a listing.

Yes it is available on optical airline print. You can search it. There are couple of threads.

Greg, after your above reply, I was also so confused that I didn't see any thread referring Beetlejuice on 8mm. While I was so sure I read that in one of threads.

I spent hours and hours because I knew I wouldn't be wrong.

And finally through many ways I finally found that thread:

Airline print was stil made until 1987 ! (or ?)

And Eberhard Nuffer says:

quote:
The last airline prints I know about were "Beetlejuice" (1988) and "The Hunt for Red October" (1990, w. Sean Connery) which both became available through Cinema Entertainment Company (C.E.C.) in Great Britain.
So Greg, yes Bettlejuice is available on 8mm, pls contact Ebenhard if you want to know more detail.

(ps: I am stil puzzling how is the search engine working based on keyword. I did indeed do "copy" and "paste" what Ebenhard wrote but still the engine didn't bring to that particular thread. Also I wrote "Beetlejuice" as a keyword as this appears on that thread. But it didn't go through. any info?)
