This post supposed to be done during last summer. But I just got the pictures from my camera (ps: as the habit with a digital camera, took hundreds shot but never look back hahaha.... )

This was done during our summer camp. This is my second time to do outdoor screening during the camp. The first one was in Indonesia and I wrote here:

So below are the pictures.

I just started with who ever around the camp. As usual only few people were gather around.

But once I changed the reel to Tom & Jerry more people were coming especially kids:

Now behind the scene:

The trouble came when I forgot to bring the foldable tri-pod screen. So where should I projected it? So I ran to a dollar store to buy a shower screen. It was always white color although not the strong white (because always a bit transparent), but that was still OK rahter than nothing.

The second question was where should I hang that screen. There was no two trees that stand together where I can hang the screen in between them. While cutting the tree would obviously leave me with hefty fine.

So I got my car and.....

is actually.....

Nice!

How did the audience react to the screening? Any noteworthy comments?

Most of them did not really care with what format I was using. They just focused with the films. Only certain people were interested with the projector.
