Despite what the seller says. I don't believe it is lost:

"THE BIG DIAMOND ROBBERY is an FBO title and has been shown at a convention; I believe the Library of Congress repatriated the print from Australia."

The eBay copy "Tom Le Tigre" is notched, just in case anybody is interested in buying.
This 1929 film was issued by Pathe Baby in France on 9.5mm in April 1933.
