It could be a bargain if Repaired, rather than wait for another working 9.5mm Beaulieu to come up, it could take years, if you compare this price to this 16mm Beaulieu not working of nearly 900 Pounds it's a good deal.
Those lenses (as on the picture) seem to be sough after, so that may explain why only the body of the camera is left. It's not difficult to find C mount lenses so that should not be a problem. The fact that the spring motor is not working properly is however not good news.
