Looking forward to see you. I arrived this afternoon in Calella. As an appetizer, I visited, yesterday, à 9.5 exhibition (actually, a cine amateur one, but it turns out to be mostfly dedicated to 9.5), in Barcelona.

I must confess I never watched Game of Thrones. But I liked the castles.

The activity was organized for all the Festimage attendees, not only the ninefivers, hence some unfamimiars faces on the group picture.

The well waited for Saturday morning film market.

A 3D working 9 5 projector. I stupidely didn't picture the genius Josp Bl⁶ay, who built them. I will, next year. This fantastic 9.5 devoted also created 5 mini replicas of Pathé Baby projectors. I own now obe of them.

For an unknown reason, other pictures cannot be uploaded ( there is a size excess message although the photos were taken with my phone). I'm still in Spain, so I will see if I can sort that with my computer when I'm home.

Wonderful to see these pictures. I have to ask - does the Meccano projector actually work? I can see it lights up, but is it actually possible for it to transport 9.5mm film? I'm amazed if so, but I noticed the beater movement intermittent, and thought that maybe it does actually work.

Yes, Chris, the meccano projecteur works, as the 3D ones do. I'm still working on classify the pictures and will post more, soon (if that works). Due to the French 9.5 magazine deadline approaching, I had to write an article about the festival. Days are too short.

Wolf Otte, the German ninefiver who allowed us to keep on filming those last years thanks to his reporfating machine, with young Alex, also ninefiver and also from Germany, who translated in an excellent English. For an unexplained reason, this year, the live transmission of the projections has not been possible.
