Searching for a new shutter wheel - 9.5 Pathe-Super

I've just dug this out of my parent's loft and am trying to get it working again!

I've established that the shutter wheel has expanded and so is jammed and won't rotate. I've removed it but am now in need of a replacement. Can anyone point me in the direction of where I can either find a replacement or a 3D printing file that I can use to print a new one?

Jo, those Pathe Baby shutter wheels are made of an old alloy called Mazak which disintegrates after several decades. You can get brand new shutter wheels, made from brass, from Ron Ashton in the UK, he has an excellent reputation:

3D printing of the shutter wheel will not be successful as the shutter also acts as a flywheel for the mechanism so it needs the large rotary inertia which only a high density metal wheel can provide.
