Good news Cliff , for those who have yet to attend it’s a great day, 9.5 mm in abundance but also all the other gauges well represented, both film and equipment , film shows and auction, not forgetting a great crowd of enthusiasts. It’s a big YES from me!

A pity I won't be able to attend this year I had meant to but I had a positive Covid test Wednesday and though feeling OK now I still have a cough and don't want to risk anyone else catching it from me.

I hope all goes well and that I can be there next time.

Thanks for the pictures Dominique, not the same as being there, but the next best thing. I hope the BFCC there next spring will go ahead as planned and will attend that.

                See you at Blackpool.

For some unknown reason, the first pictures I posted don't appear on the forum, although they appear on my screen.

Brian, I also hope to see you at Blackpool.

Terry, sadly Tony didn't show up althoug he had booked tables. Hope he's fine.

I had a great day. My big bag was so full of films that I didn't bid at the auction for several films that intetessed me. We had nice projections and chats. I was happy to see several enthusiasts I hadn't seen for a while and others I just saw a week ago

It must be 3years since I last saw Tony at Harpenden and he was not in the best of health then, so I hope he is ok. He must be one of the last authorities/innovators of the 9.5 gauge now that Grahame Newnham has sadly passed.

Ken Valentine turned up at the Get Together. I believe he used to work for Pathescope back in the day.

I really enjoyed my trip to Chorleywood, I don’t think I have ever driven in such horrendous weather conditions, raining cats and dogs doesn’t come close !!
However the 320 mile trip was well worth it. The weather cleared up and the venue was perfect, lovely to catch up with like minded folks, lots of stuff for sale and great film shows. A big thanks to the organisers with out whom these events wouldn’t take place.
