Elf NT Scope Bracket for 70mm diameter lens

Hello,

I’ve just acquired a Schneider Kreuznach Super Cinelux Anamorphic lens which I’d like to attach to my Elf NT2 with a scope holder/bracket (preferably not the stand)

I was wondering is there an attachment holder that can hold this lens? Its diameter is 70mm.

Van Eck’s holders and adapters only go up to 64mm.
