I am Looking to buy a nice 16mm optical/magnetic projector/xenon, I know there is one on eBay at the moment but is an 7 hour round trip to pick it up. I’m based in Leeds and am willing to pick up if anyone had one nearer to where I live.

I would suggest that such an item is very rare on the market.
The seven hour round trip would be broken up in into two three and a half hours. And, you will be able to verify that everything works to your satisfaction.
I have an Eiki 2000A and it's a great projector as it's complete as it is, whereas, more powerful models sit on their power units, thus adding weight with the two items.
Some years ago I made a round trip to Leeds to pick up some 9.5mm sound films and a projector. I have never regretted the drive. -

Yes. But with difficulty. I had to get one from Australia, and at a price.
