Van Eck sells this knob. I bought one a couple years ago. It comes with the grub screw and is a 3D printed material that is very strong.

By the way Van Eck do the main switch cam, that sits behind the main switch.

They are starting to get quite fragile now.

if you have a CL or AL, worth getting one or two.

Good value, also worth greasing up the surfaces on your own CL too as extends the life of the original clear plastic cam.
