I see this online auction for an Eiki Converted for ColorArc MARC-300
It is a type of lamp made by Sylvania, based on a GE design. Brighter and less hot than the original bulbs. Required a different bulb holder to be installed.

Looks a pretty decent projector in good condition, I have one and it runs super quiet with a bright picture using the original lamp 24 volt 200 watt. However the one you have seen has the 300 watt Marc lamp ? This lamp requires a hefty power supply to drive it, you would need to check with the seller whether this is included . If not at that price I would buy it anyway.
