Are these projectors any good or cheaply made junk?

Hi Kim,

The 16mm Eiki Slim Line Projectors are wonderful projectors and super solid. I have had mine for probaly 25-30 and have had no trouble with it. Of course like any projector you should tune them up from time to time (Lube, check belts etc) I love mine. I like the Elmo 16 Slot load projrectors too.

If you get an Eiki you won't be dissapointed. Let me know if you have any questions.

I have 2 myself although 1 is a bell & howell 3580 the other eiki both are similar and both work great I like the lost loop feature it shuts down the entire unit instead of having to reloop it saves your film form damage.

I can also confirm that the Eiki 16mm projectors are excellent, probably one of the most popular brands and they are certainly not junk.far from it.

Love my Eiki Slim Line. Also have a Singer Graflex and vastly prefer the Eiki.
