For sale: 16mm print of David Gill and Kevin Brownlow's Hollywood: The Pioneers. This episode is Hazards of the Game, about stunt work during the silent era. Optical track. Colour is 'on the turn' as can be seen, but some colour is still present, and it is nowhere near 'beet red'. The print is in excellent condition, with hardly any wear.
HOWEVER: the pretitle sequence and most of the title sequence are sadly missing. The print starts with the main title 'Hollywood: The Pioneers'. After that it's complete apart from two joins: one where the two TV parts were edited together (ie where the commercial break would have been), and one where a couple of seconds are missing during the Safety Last sequence. Otherwise it's in really good order. End titles are complete.
£45 plus postage (ideally UK as it's heavy)
