Absolutely unbelievable. A BANDSAW print of the 2002 Spiderman sold for $1,225.00! Do these bidders not understand what it’s like to try and watch a bandsaw print? It’s a gut wrenching experience no matter how one tries to wax poetic about it being “LPP” and of course it’s rare but wow. I got a bandsaw print of Tarantino’s “Jackie Brown” some 20+ years ago. I thought okay, super rare, must be super cool. Although I found it hard to wrap my head around (and still do) that some one actually sat and spliced the damn print together again. A splice every foot! I couldn’t even get through one reel of the Tarantino print, it was an awful experience. Splice, splice, splice and clack, clack clunk in the gate like a metronome. et all into infinity.
