I am not a Facebook member. Facebook help says:

Why a video you are looking for may no longer be available

If you can't find a video on Facebook anymore, it may be because:

• You're not part of the audience it's currently available to.
• It was removed by the person or Page that posted it.
• It was removed for not following our Community Standards.
• It was removed for Copyright or Trademark infringement.
• It's temporarily unavailable due to a technical issue.

I use Youtube to post videos. Membership is not required to view a video, unless it is deemed "not for kids". You can make a video private on Youtube (i.e., it can not be found by search, but if you have the link to it, it is available to anyone (except children if content is "PG").
