I was able to use my Android phone as a digital viewfinder. I pressed the phone up close to the viewfinder using a Neewer clamp setup purchased on Amazon and a basic "L" metal bracket to support the brace work. The images attached shows a neutral density filter on the camera to make the image look better. Before I start filming and wasting film, can anyone tell me if I am missing anything. Obviously I would make extra care to make sure there is no backlighting entering through the viewfinder, using possibly a small hood or cover over the phone. I have not seen anyone online doing anything like this. I love this forum for getting input on ideas. Thanks for all you do.
