Hi my Elmo CL-16 when in rewind works fine untill near the end it slows right down and leaves about 100ft of film on the take up reel it does continue to rewind but very slowly.
I can hear something kick in inside the machine when it starts to run slow is this how it's supposed to be or is there a adjustment.
