Shooting Vision 3 50D film in the UK--will I struggle to find enough light?

Hi everyone, I apologize in advance for such an elementary question. I'm planning my first trip to the UK and wanted to shoot some 16mm film while I'm there. I'm a big fan of vision 3 50D film, but I'm wondering if the outdoor lighting in the winter time is suitable. I don't foresee any issues, all the same I thought I'd ask. Has anyone had any experience shooting with this film? Would love your input. I don't plan to be shooting in-doors.

50D is designed to shoot outside with no 85 filter. Do you have a light meter? I've shot in overcast weather and comes out fine.

Today in the UK it is what is described as "Cloudy Bright", i.e. a typical UK day for this time of year.
It is 11.15 am and I have just taken my exposure meter outdoors to check the light conditions.
I assume that the proposed film is ASA 50. If so, the exposure at silent speed is f16, for sound speed it is f11.
