  • Elmo 16mm SL projector

Hi all I have a Elmo 16 S-L projector and a Elmo F16-250HL firstly why would they make there lenses a different size the likes of Bell & Howell in there TQ range keep the same lens also do Eiki in the 16mm range as far as I know.
Secondly why can't I find any manuals on the Elmo 16 S-L projector it's a great machine and has the best rewinding of film I've ever seen.
If anyone has any info on the above machine it would be nice.

Just seen your video. Now I see what it looks like. Here is some info on your new projector.

It looks very much like my Elmo 16-A with its auto-thread and an oil bath. Perhaps a more simple model?

Some Elmo Super 8 projectors have spare belts available, probably because so many were manufactured. Regrettably, the same situation does not apply to their 16mm sound projectors.

I do not do any of my servicing, this I leave to a professional who does a superb job. But, he now does not handle any Elmo projectors due to the severe lack of any spares.

Very sorry that I cannot help you.
