I recently found a 16mm 400ft version of the charlie chaplin silent film “the champion” .But this has a soundtrack with narration and sound effects. I can’t find any info on this version on the net so who would have added the sound ?, it is professionally done as it is an optical soundtrack rather than magnetic. Has anyone got any info on this ?.
